When Allah’s Messenger ﷺ arrived at Madina, he found the Jews observing the fast on the day of ‘Ashura’ (10th of Muharram). The Prophet ﷺ asked them about it and they replied, “This is the day when Musa became victorious over Pharaoh.” Prophet Muhammad ﷺ then said to the Muslims, “We are nearer to Musa than they, so fast on this day.” (Sahih Bukhari)

At Luqmay, with Qur’anic and Prophetic stories, we teach our children key life principles, whilst reigniting their wonderful imagination and enhancing their critical thinking and literary skills.
Our belief: Learning Islam should be fun and not boring for every single child globally. We create passion and strongly oppose forced teaching.
