91 Surah Ash-Shams – The Sun

In the name of Allah, the entirely Merciful, the especially Merciful

1) Allah swears by the sun and it’s brightness
2) And the moon as it follows the sun
3) and by the day when it shows the sun’s brightness,
4) And by the night when it hides the sun’s brightness
5) and by the sky, and the One who built it,
6) and by the earth, and the One who spread it,
7) and by the soul, and the One who made it well,
8) Then He showed the soul of men what is wrong for him and what is right for him.
9) The men who clean their souls of sins and evil are successful
10) and doomed are those who pollute their souls with sins and evil
11) The people of Thamud rejected the Truth and disbelieved in Allah because they were arrogant and proud.
12) When the most wicked of them went˹to kill the she-camel˺.
13) But the messenger of Allah warned them, “˹Do not disturb˺ Allah’s camel and let her drink from the water at her turn!”
14) Still they did not listen to him and slaughtered Allah’s she-camel. So Allah crushed them for their crime, levelling all to the ground.
15) And Allah does not fear anyone.

Fatima, (May Allah be pleased with her) the Queen of Jannah leads a simple and humble life in this world. Her husband Ali, and her sons Hassan and Hussain (May Allah be pleased with them) are dearest to the Prophet of Allah, Muhammad (Peace be upon him).
